If, for any reason, you are not happy with an item that
you have purchased from MainlyRugs.com, please make a
request for return in writing, within fourteen (14) days from the date
of delivery. We will then send you detailed instructions on how you
can ship the item back to receive a full reimbursement of the purchase
price. After the return authorization is issued, the rug must be
received back at the warehouse within ten (10) days. You will be
responsible for the return shipping charges. In the unlikely event
that the rug is defective, we will replace it immediately, at no additional
cost to you.
There will be a restocking fee of 20%. This only
applies to non-defective rugs.
All returns must have a return authorization number.
this ensures that proper credit is given to your account. If you
refuse to accept delivery of your order, or make an attempt to return your
order without an authorization number, you will still be charged.
After fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, all
sales are final, unless we have received a return request from you in
writing within that period. No returns will be allowed on custom rugs,
braided rugs, cut roll runners, shags, seagrass or sisal.
If your rug has been damaged from shipping, do not
accept it from the delivery company and call us
immediately. This is the only circumstance that a refusal is allowed.
We will arrange a replacement or a refund should you wish. If a
damaged rug is delivered when you are not home, leave the rug in the
original wrapping and call us for instructions.
Should you, for any reason, find that you are not happy
with your purchase, please contact us. We
are more than willing to work with you on a one-on-one basis to try to
resolve any issues or questions you may have.

products that carry a warranty noted in the product description details
refer to the Manufacturer Warranty. See individual products for
details.
